Boxing Fit
Led by a certified boxing coach
Working in a small group you will take part in a number of exercises to improve your skills and fitness over the 3 weeks.
Sessions will include working on the bags and pads, working with weights and bands and floor mat work to ensure you complete a full body workout over the hour session.
After the session the group have a chance to cool down and eat a healthy lunch in our on site café. Come ready to exercise wearing suitable footwear and water.
